Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, select the checkout option and you will be taken to the login page. At the login page you will have the opportunity if you have not already done so to register your shipping information by choosing the appropriate selection. Once you have registered your information you will then be able to proceed to make your payment through our payment provider.

Masuta through our secure payment provider HSBC accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, any items which are found to be out of stock will be placed on back order and not charged for until that item is shipped.

Acceptance of Order
After your order process and your payment has been successful you will receive via email a order confirmation, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between yourself and masuta. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to pprotect ourselves in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced items. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling Items can be added together up to 30kilos for mainland UK delivery. Please call for special rates, bulk purchasing and discounts.

Delivery Schedule All items are normally delivered next business working day unless otherwise stated.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for youe. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you wish to do so.

Credit Card Security All credit/debit card payment provision is provided by our payment provider HSBC. No financial related information is kept by masuta regarding your purchase.

Gaurantee We gaurantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
